The car was built by Don Baker using Palliser (UK) uprights mated to the normal Rennmax suspension, chassis and body of a BN2. John Allison worked as my chief instructor in the advanced driving school circa 1984-87. He died as the result of injuries inflicted in a crash at Amaroo Park in this car. This photo appears on the front cover of The Oily Rag, the magazine of the Historical Sports and Racing Car Association.
